"They were outstanding, I had Liberty Pest Control out. I think they came out a month ago. They did a service inside and out and I signed a contract for a year with them. I liked that they gave a detailed explanation of what they were doing and why certain things were needed. And they gave me some tips to help for the future, they were very informative and the technician was great. I requested the same technician to come back because he was that good. The service took total time, maybe 40 minutes to complete inside, outside and upstairs."

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

Silverfish can infest a bed, but it’s not likely unless you have a major infestation. Silverfish may be attracted to the fabric of the bed and the dark corners of the mattress, so you should check your bed thoroughly if you are seeing silverfish throughout the house. Seeing them in bed is a bad sign, because it means they are eating your cotton or silk sheets while they’re there.

A single bed bug bites multiple times throughout one night until full, but then takes a break for a week or so to digest. However, the more bugs present, the more likely you get bit every night. Tracking how often you get bit is a good way to approximate the size of the infestation.

The average lifespan of a stink bug is about six to eight months, depending on species and environmental conditions. Their life cycle includes three stages: Egg, nymph, and adult. Eggs hatch in roughly five days to two weeks, followed by a four to six-week nymph stage where they grow and molt. Once fully matured, adult stink bugs focus on reproduction and can fly to new areas, often seeking refuge in homes in search of warmth.

Mosquito fogging should be done every two days during the first week of treatment. This level of frequency helps to interrupt the mosquito breeding cycle and prevent them from laying eggs in your yard. After the first week, mosquito fogging can be reduced to a schedule of once a week.

Groundhogs are definitely cute, but it’s usually not a good idea to have them living in your yard. Not only can groundhogs tear up your grass and create unsightly holes and burrows, but they can also carry infectious diseases that are dangerous to humans.
