Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. "Scamming the elderly, you should be ashamed! We called them, explained we just needed the kitchen drain cleanout snaked unclogged, they quoted $115 an hour. We agreed. They said it would be an hour or less. It took maybe 30 minutes. I was fine with an hour minimum. When I was out of the room, they charged my elderly parents $215! Clearly took advantage of them. When I called they explained that the plumber had a helper and were charging for him too. Are you kidding?! I could have bought a snake and done it for my parents had I known they were going to scam them. This is not what was quoted or agreed to. We will be filing with the BBB and the Texas AG - it's actually illegal to treat people in their 70's on a fixed income this way, quoting them one thing and price gouging them after the fact. STAY AWAY."
