Jems Clearview Cleaning

Called the owner about washing the windows in a residential house in Denver. Owner looked at the house on the internet and gave me a price of $400 to clean all of the windows inside and out. I thought that was a little steep but the realtor, Kim Norton Kentwood & Co., wanted them done asap before photos were taken. (Which actually when talking to other realtors, cleaning the windows was completely unnecessary in that market, and an unnecessary cost to me). The next day the owner's brother and a friend showed up to clean the windows. When they finished, they said they wanted $800 right then, immediately!! I called the owner and she said the $400 quote was for only 1/2 a job and I "didn't want just a half a job, did I?" That conversation never took place and what she did is called "bait and switch". That's when someone gives a certain price to get the job then increases the price after the work is completed. Will never use her or that realtor again.

Erica did a fantastic job cleaning my windows. They are sparkling and I am so excited!! I would recommend her to everyone!

This is the most unprofessional and dishonest people I have met. I would not recommend this company and to stay away from them

We hired Erica to clean our windows. We didn't expect her to come out in the dead of winter, but she did anyway. It was sunny outside but very cold, in the mid-30s. She did an amazing job inside and out, including screens and tracks. She didn't even have a coat on! She was very professional, friendly and efficient, as well as very reasonable in price. She didn't even mind our 3 Golden Retrievers hanging out and trying to supervise. lol. Definitely will hire her again. Highly recommend her!

She worked with our weird schedule and even cleaned more than was asked for no additional fee. Very professional and quality work. Would hire again and fully recommend to others.

Eric and Leon were steady workers after they arrived two hours late. They were professional and eager to please. I forgot to ask before hiring if they had been vaccinated for Covid, so I was disappointed to learn they had not!

I asked some important questions related to cleaning my house in Ocala . I did hire them and was so impressed!! I can’t even put in words what they did I am trusting these people to finish in my house while i am away. And for me to do this I really have to have a good trusting feeling. I plan to sell the house and my realtor met with Erica and her friend and said she cannot believe what magic they did in the house! Again I highly recommend these people and this is total truth!!! She was very conscious of keeping my home clean, COVID prepared, super friendly, put up with my barking dogs. She let them smell her, she petted them and they finally calmed down and she put them at ease! Would definitely rehire her!

It was windows cleaning. Everything was perfect .There was 1 little thing not right that's why I gave 4.5

Erika & Leone were a great team. They are hard workers & very detailed oriented. They were able to clean my "Rooms with a view" windows, which some window cleaners were not able to do. They also cleaned my "Champion sun room" windows at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the work they did.
