"OUTSTANDING Experience! In today’s service environment, it’s become an incredible challenge just to find a responsive resource, let alone hoping they’re credible, knowledgeable, dependable, and honest! However, we were so fortunate to find it all, and then some, with Joseph at JDS. From the consultation phase, through to project completion, Joseph was amazing with two major projects. First, we utilized his services on-site for major interior / exterior updates in preparation to sell our home in Texas ... kitchen, baths, floors, fence, roof, backyard hardscaping, deck repairs ... just to mention a few. Thanks to his expertise, the house sold in one day. We then again tapped into his expertise remotely throughout the extensive search, purchase, and renovation phases of our new home in New Hampshire. The pandemic made it almost impossible to find reliable resource, and he made himself available yet again throughout all phases of consult / oversight for kitchen upgrades, reconfigure of unfinished lower level space to include build-out of a closet, convert a half bath to a three quarter by adding a shower, install of new floors, which gave us the ability to convert the space into a guest suite with a bedroom and living area. Additionally, he is assisting with finish out of drop ceilings, roof repairs, and much, much more. There’s not much about a home he’s not well versed on. Even with a few unexpected challenges on both projects, we always knew his calm and caring manor would bring them to resolution. In summary, his services have been invaluable. After the New Year, we look forward to engaging him again remotely for the last phase of our lower level build out ... a game / video room. "Great experience with a very professional crew. The work of fixing my front sidewalk and driveway was completed quickly, on time, and looks great now! Thanks to Jackie and Ryan, who did the repair work. They were friendly, efficient, and quickly completed all the work needing to be done. They answered all my questions. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
