Texas State Roofing did an OUTSTANDING job from start to finish. We have a large, multi-faceted roof that was damaged by Hurricane Harvey. From the beginning, they showed professionalism, promptness, and care. Gilbert, the rep we dealt with was knowledgeable, sincere, and accessible. He took the time to ensure our questions were answered, followed through on any issues, and made us feel secure that we were in good hands. He met with the engineer that our insurance sent out; he spoke directly with our insurance company when needed; he made sure the roofing team had everything they needed and he gave us a daily report on their progress. He was super efficient and thorough. Although work on our roof was delayed a day due to inclement weather, the team worked diligently to finish the job in the allotted time. Gilbert purchased a huge tarp to cover our pool to protect it from falling debris. When the roof was complete, there was no trash left behind; in addition, a magnet sweep was done of our yard and pool to pick up any hidden nails and copper pieces. We were impressed with the quality of work and level of professionalism, care and concern that Texas State Roofing provided. After completion, Gilbert went so far as to help us get the remaining funds that our insurance company was withholding! Our insurance company kept us waiting for 13 long months before granting us a new roof - Gilbert and Texas State Roofing made certain we did not have to wait a day longer than necessary! We now have a beautiful, premium roofing system that was hand-nailed with six nails per shingle. Needless to say, we gIve Texas State Roofing the highest recommendation to anyone looking for an esteemed, highly-reputable, reliable, and honest roofing company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great experience with Texas State Roofing. Robert was great at explaining the process to us and working with our insurance carrier to get the claim covered. He took the time to (graciously) redirect us to a more appropriate shingle color for our home that we absolutely love! The roofers arrived at the time & date that we were told and finished the work in 1 day! I would definitely hire them again & refer them to anyone that needs roof repairs/replacement

After getting a number of quotes we decided on Texas State Roofing. Our experience with Texas State Roofing was great. Bill was very professional and answered all of our questions. My roof was even upgraded at no extra charge. His roofing crew did a great job and the clean-up was excellent. We would Highly recommend them.

State Roofing came exactly on-schedule, Every shingle was hand-nailed on. Roof was beautifully installed and all shingle lines were straight. Although I did have prior roof leaks on my back patio, I didn't have any leaks after State Roofing was finished. Beautiful job. I was so pleased that I asked State Roofing to replace the roof on a rental house we owned in Corpus Christi. They replace it when the renter was on vacation. Great work scheduling and perfect job installing that roof also!

Robert Sanchez was prompt and provided a detailed contract compared to three other well known local roofers. Took a little longer than expected for the team to arrive. But, we were in a disaster zone, so I'm not sure what folks expect. Top end materials compared to there roofs I've seen. Ramiro and his team were amazing. Very respectful and responsive to me and my property.

This company installed a new roof at my primary house about two years ago and did an outstanding job. When I called them this year, they were extremely busy due to Hurricane Harvey but even so, they pulled it all together and made it happen for me. These folks are true professionals and I can't express my gratitude enough for the best customer service and workmanship they deliver time and time again. I referred them to my friends and co-workers for which two are having their roofs installed by them.

Called this company based on Angie's List recommendation to look at 3 storm damaged properties. I understand that they are backlogged, but they wouldn't even consider giving me a bid unless I met with them in person - I live 350 miles away. These are rental properties, and they could have met with my manager, but I guess they have more business than they need!

Texas State Roofing would gladly have met with your property owner and sent proposals via email to you. Currently, there are hundreds of clients waiting to see our representatives due to Hurricane Harvey. Yes, we had a hurricane. And an estimated 75,000 homes in the coastal bend suffered damage, so there are many local residents waiting for proposals and repairs. We find our appointments are more productive when we are able to meet with the homeowner and explain the attributes and value in the roofing systems that Texas Sate Roofing installs. If someone doesn't have time to meet our representatives, they are likely looking for the lowest price and not concerned with quality and value. Per our company records, Texas State Roofing Company provided a roofing system replacement proposal for one of your properties two years ago via email and never received any feedback. Reviewing a company that is reacting to a natural disaster in a positive an productive manner, with a ten fold increase in roofing system replacement proposal requests and assisting hundreds of people whose homes were completely devastated and criticizing that company because they could not assist you immediately, is quite unfair to say the least."

My neighbor called about recommending them and I said NO. I do not recommend them they lie about coming to fix their mess. I picked them from 3 bids and I thought they would do a good job. Since Harvey, it is leaking again. it only been 4 months. My name is Luz Pelletier I'm at 6880771, The house is on Quail Hollow you will see a dome roof on the first floor that is the kitchen.

"Texas State Roofing Company immediately responded to the reported leak on the front of the home at a wall to roof condition. The shingles in the area of concern were removed to identify a leak source. There was no evidence of a leak. The area was resealed and the shingles replaced. The interior damage is not indicative of a water leak. The leak is a 'sticky substance' and the color is not typical of a rain water stain. The property is tenant occupied and the Owner asked us to schedule with the tenant for access to complete repairs. Scheduling with the tenant has been unproductive. Speaking with the owner two weeks ago, we asked the Owner to coordinate a meeting at the property to gain access to the interior to evaluate the 'sticky substance' and investigate from within the attic. The Owner has not called back to schedule the meeting at the property. Apparently the Owner is having the same scheduling problem with the tenant that Texas State Roofing was having in order to gain access. As an aside, there was no damage to the new roofing system of the subject property caused by Hurricane Harvey, a category 4 hurricane. Texas State Roofing installed the shingles by hand nailing six nails per shingle."

The work was fine, but the clean up and everything involved with it was not. They had their shingles and all of their materials sitting in my driveway for three months. They had problems getting a crew. They were short handed and the clean up was terrible. The roof itself looks great and it works.

State Roofing was very responsive and worked closely with me to ensure that I understood the materials and process of replacing my old roof. They offered a very flexible schedule and showed up right when they said they would and finished a little faster than they thought. The roof looks great and the guys did an amazing job in cleaning up their work materials and ensuring no nails or shingles were left lying around. I would definitely recommend.

Everything went great, from initial contact to showing up on time as promised. The work was quality and a complete cleanup with done afterwards. I had cheaper bids, but I felt most comfortable with Texas State Roofing's presentation. My only complaint was the workers crushed some succulent plants we had in the front flower bed. We pointed it out to the lead guy who promised to get with the owner, but we never heard back from him. Otherwise, everything went great.
