Texas State Roofing did an OUTSTANDING job from start to finish. We have a large, multi-faceted roof that was damaged by Hurricane Harvey. From the beginning, they showed professionalism, promptness, and care. Gilbert, the rep we dealt with was knowledgeable, sincere, and accessible. He took the time to ensure our questions were answered, followed through on any issues, and made us feel secure that we were in good hands. He met with the engineer that our insurance sent out; he spoke directly with our insurance company when needed; he made sure the roofing team had everything they needed and he gave us a daily report on their progress. He was super efficient and thorough. Although work on our roof was delayed a day due to inclement weather, the team worked diligently to finish the job in the allotted time. Gilbert purchased a huge tarp to cover our pool to protect it from falling debris. When the roof was complete, there was no trash left behind; in addition, a magnet sweep was done of our yard and pool to pick up any hidden nails and copper pieces. We were impressed with the quality of work and level of professionalism, care and concern that Texas State Roofing provided. After completion, Gilbert went so far as to help us get the remaining funds that our insurance company was withholding! Our insurance company kept us waiting for 13 long months before granting us a new roof - Gilbert and Texas State Roofing made certain we did not have to wait a day longer than necessary! We now have a beautiful, premium roofing system that was hand-nailed with six nails per shingle. Needless to say, we gIve Texas State Roofing the highest recommendation to anyone looking for an esteemed, highly-reputable, reliable, and honest roofing company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great experience with Texas State Roofing. Robert was great at explaining the process to us and working with our insurance carrier to get the claim covered. He took the time to (graciously) redirect us to a more appropriate shingle color for our home that we absolutely love! State Roofing came exactly on-schedule, Every shingle was hand-nailed on. Roof was beautifully installed and all shingle lines were straight. Although I did have prior roof leaks on my back patio, I didn't have any leaks after State Roofing was finished. Beautiful job. Robert Sanchez was prompt and provided a detailed contract compared to three other well known local roofers. Took a little longer than expected for the team to arrive. But, we were in a disaster zone, so I'm not sure what folks expect. Top end materials compared to there roofs I've seen. Ramiro and his team were amazing. Very respectful and responsive to me and my property.

This company installed a new roof at my primary house about two years ago and did an outstanding job. When I called them this year, they were extremely busy due to Hurricane Harvey but even so, they pulled it all together and made it happen for me. These folks are true professionals and I can't express my gratitude enough for the best customer service and workmanship they deliver time and time again. I referred them to my friends and co-workers for which two are having their roofs installed by them.

My neighbor called about recommending them and I said NO. I do not recommend them they lie about coming to fix their mess. I picked them from 3 bids and I thought they would do a good job. They were very attentive and they were classic on every level and everything turned out beautiful. They did it all and even gave me my wind storm certification. I will highly recommend them.

The work was fine, but the clean up and everything involved with it was not. They had their shingles and all of their materials sitting in my driveway for three months. They had problems getting a crew. They were short handed and the clean up was terrible. The roof itself looks great and it works.

The price was real reasonable for what we got. They did a wonderful job.

Everything went great, from initial contact to showing up on time as promised.  The work was quality and a complete cleanup with done afterwards.  I had cheaper bids, but I felt most comfortable with Texas State Roofing's presentation.  My only complaint was the workers crushed some succulent plants we had in the front flower bed.  We pointed it out to the lead guy who promised to get with the owner, but we never heard back from him.  Otherwise, everything went great.

When my father recently died and the roof of his house in Corpus Christi had hail damage- I called Texas State Roofing Company and talked to Chuck Griffin. I called Chuck because they had put a new roof on my home and also painted the trim and two rooms 6 years ago. No question about who to call! Dad's house was scheduled quickly and the house looks brand new with the fresh shutter and trim colors. The driveway and yard was spotless of any shingles, nails, etc.(I think they must have used a vacuum cleaner!) More than excellent results and the house now has great curb appeal and pops in the neighborhood where other houses are for sale also.
