"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"I have to preface this entry with the fact that I NEVER write reviews, so the fact I m actually taking the time to do this should tell you all you need to know. If you want details, please proceed... Marty was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He came by between other jobs the day before the install to talk through the process and answer all of our questions. He was candid, clear, and very professional. Marty and his team showed up on time and after a brief review of the process, jumped right into the job at-hand. Marty s team included his son and three other young men. They were all polite, friendly, and professional as well. They completed the install in under 4 hours. We had some other work being done on the roof and he coordinated with us to make sure all of fit together perfectly. I highly recommend Marty and his team!
