"We have been working with Remodeling Max for over two years now. It started when we first wanted to remodel all of our three bathrooms, which they were all done just before our house got completely flooded on Memorial weekend holiday of 2015. Remodeling Max was quick to come back and do a complete remodel for the whole house. The kitchen the bathrooms, the utility room, the garages, all the floors, doors, replace all the windows and adding shutters and crown moldings, door jams, windows sills and baseboards. In April of 2016, and just after the whole house was fully remodeled, our house got flooded again almost a full year after the first flood had happened. This time Remodeling Max came back and replaced all the damaged dry walls, floors, cabinets etc. They also changed all the interior and exterior doors and replaced all the trim moldings and garage doors yet again. They painted the whole house from the inside and the outside as well. After the second flood, we decided to add water drains in the back yard, also redid our wooden and metal fences. We added paver stone for all the back yard, the side yard, and the front yard as well. We also had stone retaining walls put up for all the outside area, redid the sprinkler system, built a patio/gazebo with a fire pet under the patio. We then added outdoor water mist and fans to enjoy ourselves in the hot summer. Remodeling Max also ended up completely replacing our house roof, replaced all the damaged siding, fascia boards, soffits and gutters. They also updated all the electrical wiring, the plumbing lines, and replaced our main electrical box. They moved all the gas lines to our new appliances which they also installed for us. Our house now looks so awesome. We had Remodeling Max change the layout of all the bathrooms and the kitchen. They opened up walls and added loadbearing beams to allow the new open-floor-plan to be possible. I can’t say enough, we are very happy. The new lighting, which was done by Remodeling Max, in the whole house has also improved all the areas dramatically. We also put in under cabinets lighting. The selection of the countertops was right on, we had gotten exotic granite to put in the kitchen and the bathrooms. One last thing, Remodeling Max, had custom built our office, library, entertainment center, and all of our closets carpentry work."

"Roger arrived at 8am sharp on Friday and him and his crew got to work right away. They worked very hard all day long. Removing a huge pile of bricks that made up the walkway under the dirt. They careful selected the good bricks, pressure washed them and restacked them so I can use them on future projects. Demolition included removing a street light post and older raised flower bed. The ground was then evened out and bricks reset along flower beds. Lots of rainbow gravel was added to the area (needed second trip for material) and it was laid out nicely. A new retainer was built along pool area since the old wall was collapsing. They were mindful to level it out nicely and trim it out in a curved method to match the sidewalk. Finally they added mulch to backyard flower beds to get them ready for the season. They even came back a few days later to top them off with a bit more mulch to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend Roger for landscaping project as he was attentive to my details to help select the size of rock, the retainer wall construction, and the color of mulch. He did an excellent job and now me and my kids have more room to play in our backyard."

"Before the City dug, Ramon moved 12+ feet of stacked rock from around the front flower bed to protect it. After the City finished their work, Ramon re-built the rock retaining wall, extending it to cover the new (WHITE) clean-out pipe installed right in front. He added some extra rock from the back of our yard, hard work on a hot day. He added a 2nd sprinkler head to the bigger flower bed & filled it with good soil & new plants. Looks great! Ramon noticed our front lawn sprinklers weren't working, so dug a long trench to find the line. City workers had cut the line & fixed it a twist of wire! Ramon got the correct supplies & fixed that, too. He does good work and works hard. We'll recommend him to friends."

They went above and beyond what the job called for. After painting the newly installed porch the gave all of the ledges and door edge a fresh coat of paint so everything looked new and matched. "When we purchased our house several years ago, we knew we would have to install a patio as there was nothing in our backyard but grass. We found Jay with Advanced Curb Appeal at the Houston Home and Garden Show. His booth accurately displayed the type of pavers he would use to create our patio. After taking bids from 5 other companies, Jay's prices were very competitive and I decided that Advanced Curb Appeal would be the company to install our patio. Jay met with us to get an idea of what we were looking for and approximate cost to install. He made recommendations as to color and type of paver. "Below are the details of our experience with Drain Xperts. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for drainage work. We recently moved into a home that had some backyard flooding issues. The front yard is heavily sloped to the street but the backyard is slightly lower which caused pooling even on a light rain. A friend of mine had recently received quotes from a few companies that specialize in drainage systems and chose Drain Xperts. I was able to see the project in various stages and was impressed with the quality of work for the price. My friend's neighbor also chose Drain Xperts after and the job was done well. I did not give a rating for the price because I did not seek out other bids after my friend's research in a similar job. Drain Xperts was by far the best price. Jimmy came to give a quote on a day that there was standing water in the yard so he was able to see the location of the problem areas. Jimmy was obviously very experienced in this work and we talked about some other projects his company had worked on. He proposed a system that eventually included about 175 feet of 4inch PVC starting on one point of the backyard, wrapped around the deck to the back of the yard, then to the other side of the yard and then went straight down to the street along a brand new plumbing drain pipe that was installed weeks before. Along the path of the pipe included drain boxes throughout to collect the water. They also installed three drain pipe stems next to the house so that future gutters would be able to flow directly into the new drain system. The crew used extra dirt from digging to grade areas of the yard so that water would flow away from the house and toward the drain boxes. Jimmy's crew worked fast and did a great job. The work was permitted through the City of Houston. Jimmy and his crew were professional and responsive during the entire process and gave no hassle when we asked for minor modifications to the project. We have already seen positive results from the system and don't cringe at the thought of rain coming. Once we add the gutters and do additional grading in certain parts of the yard, the system will be even better. As I mentioned at the beginning, I would highly recommend Jimmy and Drain Xperts for your drainage project."
