"Carlos came recommended by our structural engineer. I had met with 2 other contractors but they were not the right ones for the job. Our work included adding support beams in the attic involved opening up walls and ceiling, and to put the room back together installing new crown moldings etc. These guys are the best contractors I have worked with. (I have worked with several including 2 whole house remodel.) Their team always show up on time and are respectful of your space and clean after themselves. Carlos is organized, offers great communication and suggestions. Always keeping you appraised of progress and raise potential red flags. Their work passed City's inspection with no problem whatsoever. Would hire them again when it's time to remodel bathrooms."

I had no idea what all this entailed, but he did. He came and measured, gave me options, and offered guidance. The results are beyond what I hoped for. We had a pretty major remodel which was a taking a wall out of the kitchen to open it up to the dining/living area. This include removing cabinets, adding cabinets, refinishing cabinets, adding new beams for structural bracing, re-texturing and painting wall, adding light fixtures, etc. We also had an existing porch expanded and enclosed for a sun-room at the same time the kitchen was coming together.
