I called to accept the estimate, and they said it would take a week to order and install. One week later I called them and the secretary said they were on the way to install my skylight. One hour later they were finished and I am incredibly happy. I had to call to remind them to pay my bill! I will use this company again if I ever have to replace a skylight. "Finished on time, on budget. Juston was very detailed in his explanation of what needed to be done. Repair was to a sunroom with a flat roof that couldn t handle much rain. Repair was done 3 days ago. We had a deluge last night. Not a single hint of moisture in the sunroom. Bud was complete with pictures and notations if what would be done. Final invoice has before and after pics with explanation of what was done. Super pleased - keeping his card."
