I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. There was a little bit of confusion on a few things. They wanted to charge me twice for one window.  Once for the upper pain and once for the lower one. During the conversation he agreed to just charge me once for one window both top and bottom....

Window Guide did not have parts initially and we had to wait to get them in. The windows are 20 years old and the company was out of business. When they showed up we scheduled an appointment and he was on time and quick.
