First Choice Paint and Body

It went well.

My car was painted. When they applied all of the attachments back on they were going to charge me extra to find a part for my door handle to be replaced. On the drive home parts of the vehicle fell off. When I got home i noticed parts were missing. The railing on the top is loose. They only put one screw back into my license plate. The owner was the one who told them to put the parts on. They promised to find the part and never called me back, I even left my phone number. I asked to speak with the owner and they wouldn't provide me a contact number and suggested that i should email him.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I had misgivings from the moment I stepped into the office of this facility when I saw how shabby the office was, the dirty cars outside, and the office assistants had to work in a really dirty, tight conditions, I should have turned around and walked away. But because of the "excellent" reviews ANGIE'S LIST, I chose to ignore theses troubling tell tale signs, and went ahead and left my car to be repaired with this horrible services provider. Dealing with this company turned into a nightmare experience for me. The deficiencies included: the estimator/owner misrepresented to me and my insurance company about replacing the parts with used junkyard parts vs. new, as what issued on the cost estimate. When I discovered that I had been had by this estimator, and I pointed this out to him and asked him for a new quote for the insurance company, he got really nasty with me and defensive. My car, when returned to me as "fixed", had many deficiencies, so I had to return twice to get them fixed and STILL there are deficiencies, including: 1. trunk lid did not fit properly; so when it popped open when I was driving on the expressway, and I had to stop and try to close it and it would not shut and lock, I was scared and upset. 2. I discovered that the back seats, my front seat on the passenger side was covered in dust, had grimy hand marks in multiple places on my nice new biege car seats and I ended up taking my care back to my dealer to fit the back seat latch was not put on correctly, so the back seat would not latch close to the trunk compartment. 3. My steering wheel has a fine mist of white paint specs that I cant get off of it even after I took it back twice. 4. The estimator pressured me to post excellent reviews about their service and pricing on ANGIES LIST AND YELP BEFORE the job was completed. 5. One year after these repairs, the bottom edge of the back trunk lid, which is not exposed to weather and the car is garaged, the paint is cracking and begun chipping off in spots. Now red metal under white paint has appeared. I worry that a used trunk lid was still used despite my explicit instructions not to put used parts on my car. 6. The back seat trunk latch was knocked out of place so the seat would not latch properly. This was a latent defect, since I rarely use the back seat, but when I did unlatch the lock to use the extra cargo space, this defect became apparent. So rather than deal with that nasty estimator, I paid $250 out of pocket to have my car dealer fix it correctly. I have waited to post this review because I wanted to see how the paint would last. Two years later, now I see that it will cause me problems down the road due to the chipping. I found the estimator to be pushy, deceptive, and treated his employees and me disrespectfully. Since I have since had my other car put into the shop for some body work with a competing collision repair service and saw a huge difference in their workspace, their employees, and their guarantees and the work they did on my other car, I realize now, how badly I was treated, by this vendor. So don't believe every review you see for this provider. Many customers were unwittingly pressured pressure by the owner to do them.

Front quarter panels and bumper replaced and also a main front headlight on our Murano. The car looked like it had come off a show room floor when it was finished The owner himself reviewed all the work on the car and was extremely professional. We got quotes from several other body shops and as always this one came in at the best price This is the first time we’ve used them since the new owner took over and we can say the professionalism and quality has definitely stepped up. We would highly recommend them to anybody needing any kind of bodywork on their vehicle

Choice Auto delivered again. They worked until they found a stubborn leak and then fixed it like new. Andrew and his crew are professional and caring. I would highly recommend this business.

Paint on roof and hood was deteriorating, showing rust on the roof and paint peeling up on hood. They sanded roof and hood and applied paint and clear coats; aka, the "Ultimate". Did excellent job. Can't tell difference between new paint and existing.

excellent in all respects

They were not prepared for our car. They're mostly a paint shop, but I don't know if they needed the money, but they agreed to do the body work and the glass on our cars after a hail storm. My boyfriend and I both went and neither of our cars were fixed properly. It was billed by the insurance company. Some of the stuff on my boyfriend's car still isn't fixed. He hasn't felt like dealing with them to go back over there and get it fixed.

It went well. The shop has several levels of price. Lowest price is minimal body prep, a less expensive paint, and minimal clear coat. Next level is better quality paint, more clear coat and more body prep. Highest level is designed to bring paint back to factory quality. Each level is progressively more expensive as paint costs rise and body prep requires more labor. Owner recommended mid level for my truck as it's a daily driver, is twelve years old, and isn't a classic. That's the one I chose and I am pleased with the result. It looks great and they even vacuumed the interior and shined the tires. Good job.

They were great, and even when they made a mistake, (ordered wrong side mirror) they owned up to it and took care of it! There was a delay because there was some confusion over parts, but I am very happy with the work they did! I will be going back when I need body/paint repairs in the future!

Choice quoted 2 weeks to complete job. It took a few extra days, but it was worth the wait. The truck looks fantastic, like new. The price was very reasonable, and the service was excellent. No frills organization. All business. Highly recommended.

Every time we go there, they've always helped us out really well. We gave our grandson a car, and we had it painted, the windows tinted, etc. They were very fair and did an excellent job. There's not much else to say, but they're wonderful people! I recommend them to everyone!
