"When I called the company, the person I spoke with was friendly and answered all my questions. A representative came out and quoted the price, which was higher than just refinishing as the old finish had to be removed. The workman removed the existing substandard refinishing product, masked off  the tile, drain, etc , applied the product, and vented all fumes. After product had dried, the workman returned to polish and caulk the tub. The tub and bathroom were left clean and in good order. The workman was friendly, polite and professional, and arrived on time. The bathtub literally looks like new."

There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic.
