Best skylight pros near Ennis, TX

"Replaced two skylights efficiently at a reasonably price. Erik was a joy to work with."

"They came out in 1 day and gave me an estimate the same day. Very professional and a competitive price compared to the other estimates I had. I called to accept the estimate, and they said it would take a week to order and install. One week later I called them and the secretary said they were on the way to install my skylight. One hour later they were finished and I am incredibly happy. I had to call to remind them to pay my bill! I will use this company again if I ever have to replace a skylight. Best of all they sent me a personal thank you note for the order-never had that happen before. Highly impressed and would give 5 plus stars!"

"They were not able to repair skylight felt probably needed replacement"

"Hi Mike, just saw your new website, it looks terrific! Congratulations on 40+ years in the roofing business. Based on the many positive testimonials, I am certain that your longevity in business is due to the ethics, integrity, and hard work learned as the young man I've known since high school. I highly recommend Mike Amyx and Royal Roofing! [*** Link removed ***] Greg Z."

"Used them at the recommendation of a friend, to install gutters for two story house. Gutters Worked however when it rained heavy, my flowerbeds got completely flooded due to where the downspout was installed. I called and sent photos to see if maybe I needed additional downspouts installed or relocated to divert the water elsewhere away from my foundation and never got a call back from them. On two separate occasions. Then come to find out from the person who referred them, they responded to him in recent days and continued to do work for him. I guess I will not be using them for further projects if they don’t even respond about the projects they completed. I guess since it’s a small job, maybe it wasn’t worth their time."

"I plan on using them again to do the rest of my roof."

"Kory and his team did a great job and delivered on every promise and deadline. The crews were prompt and did a great job of taking care of our home while working. They worked hard to minimize the damage from falling debris during removal and the final job looks outstanding. Very happy that I went with Woodlands Roofing!"

"Our home is an older home and needed a lot of items repaired/ replaced. We are new homeowners and aren't the most knowledgeable on roofing necessities. Dean, the inspector/ owner came out to look over our roof and showed us the items that needed to be repaired. Dean takes pride in his work and is very  knowledgeable/friendly which made us feel comfortable.  Since this is a smaller company we definitely received the attention and detailed services.
The inspector called us immediately when our custom made chimney cap was available to install and scheduled an appointment to come the same day.  They were very responsive, informative, and punctual.   They completed everything in one day and walked me around to show me all items that were replaced.  The custom fabricated and installed chimney cap is very nice and exactly what was expected/ ordered. In total we had replaced one plumbing pipe flashing, four damaged shingles.  They also described what was done such as resealing all Plumbing Pipe Flashings, one skylight dome, resurfaced and painted two heater vents, and filled in wood fascia with expansion foam and coated with waterproofing paint.  Everything looks great and they provide a one year warranty.  The price was fair and I would call again / recommend them to friends and family for their services.  We will be using them for our next project to replace all our gutters.
