"Clean up old fence row and leveled. Built H braces and installed. Materials used: T posts, field fence with barbed wire, wooden post for extra bracing and sakcrete. Installed very large gate. Over 2500â of fence. Everything is straight. Job was done in a timely matter. Can operate various equipment. Very happy customer."

"Well we started a year ago just about talking about the project. Matt was very helpful by first listening to our opinions and and making good suggestions at several points during the process. He thought about what we ask and tried very hard to make available samples of materials and adapted to our asks as the process progressed. We had a number of bad weather interruptions (think NOAH) but Matt and crew got back to work when things improved. We are delighted with the arena, and it stood up to the test of heavy rain by draining well so Martin sand and Gravel did the job right. No job is without its challenges, but even months after the job was completed Matt kept his promises and fixed several minor details that I had deferred but he kept reminding me he needed to make right. That means a lot to me. Pictures are from November- through great Freeze! Now all greened up and dry. Thanks MR. Martin."

In 1984 we launched our landscaping services and have since been landscaping homes and businesses all over Northeast Texas and Southeast Oklahoma.

Top up your gravel driveway whenever water starts to pool in areas. This is bound to happen over time. That depends on the number of cubic feet in each bag. Ten 2-cubic-foot bags of mulch will cover 20 cubic feet, while 10 3-cubic-foot bags of mulch will cover 30 cubic feet. Learning how to DIY mulch can save you money and help you repurpose natural items such as wood chips, pine needles, and leaves.

When you purchase mulch for delivery, it’s usually by the cubic yard, so you’ll want to convert your space to cubic yards to get the right amount. First, determine the square footage of the area you want to cover, and then determine how deep the bed of mulch will be—a good rule of thumb is around three inches. Multiply your square footage in feet by the depth in inches and divide by 324. You may want to add a ½ to one additional cubic yard to ensure you have enough.

If a big freeze catches you by surprise and you don’t have any deicer to hand, you can reduce the chance of taking a tumble by laying gritty, anti-slip materials. Some natural, readily-available options that don’t melt ice but offer traction underfoot include sand, wood shavings, kitty litter, and fireplace ash.
