"I was looking to improve the energy efficiency of my existing home and opted to change out old blown in insulation for foam spray insulation. The foam insulation (and yes, I physically went up in my attic and inspected it, from corner to corner) is seamless and encases the full attic space including the attic space above my garage and above a very tight front room.
