20yr old Amana 4ton AC finally gave up the ghost during the 2023 Heat Wave. Synder AC provided a rapid response with mid-price bid on a top-notched product coupled with impeccable installation service provided by HVAC professional Hector Loya and his son working with pride and expertise unrivaled in the Lower Rio Grande Valley. This man is a true professional and will not take shortcuts. He knows and he is passing that pride in workmanship on to his son. Thank you Snyder and thank you Mr. Loya.

A/C died on a Tuesday. The repairman was fast and excellent but it was after hours and ended up needing a new system. Snyder didn't have our selected unit in stock and had to order. Also only one install team on hand. Work completed 8 days later on a wednesday(memorial weekend). otherwise very fast, efficient, and excellent work. only reason maybe less than 5 stars is lack of stock and more employees which isn't necessarily their fault.

The installation of the Goodman air conditioning and heating system went smoothly. The job was completed in about 5 hours. The two technicians that did the job of the installation were very professional. They explained the process of the installation and were very careful in not to damage anything. One of the supervisors stopped by to check on how the installation was going. I highly recommend their services.

They installed a new central unit in our home and were extremely professional and efficient. We ruled out many quotes and even chose this company over a cheaper quote. This decision was due to an extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable employee in-charge of answering the phone. She was our initial contact and even provided helpful tips and questions to ask other competitors for our quotes and what to look-out for. She really sealed the deal with her honesty and helpful information.

The Tech's came at 8:30am..went straight to work. They were very friendly and answered my questions completely. They even put up with my constant chatter. Before I knew what was going on, I realized that they were finished with the installation. Fantastic job Well done guys. I'll definitely be recommending your company to everyone who needs AC work done..and done right. Can't say enough good things about you guys...Perfect in every way...

Snyder Air Conditioning arrived the same day and replaced my system which had quit. I called at 8:00 AM and they finished the install by 5:00 PM.

I received an inspection and an estimate within a few hours of calling Snyder Air. The technician Joe was professional and answered several questions that I had about replacing the system. I decided to go with the Bryant 16 SEER system. On the day of installation, Hector and the crew arrived on time and installed the new system in a very efficient and professional manner. They provided the warranty information and showed me how to program the thermostat. Overall, a very positive and professional experience. I did have a small problem with the drain line and they came and fixed it the same day. I would definitely recommend Snyder Air to my friends and family.

They were awesome. Joe is an excellent representative of Snyder. It turned out a small amount of liquid spilled when getting the coils out of the attic. They sent a painter out to fix as soon as we/they realized what happened. Wonderful!

We’ve been a Synder A/C customer for years and have always been impressed with their work ethics, knowledge, and professionalism. Recently our A/C unit needed replacement, we knew that we could depend on Synder for the best service available. We continued to be impressed with their professionalism & expertise as they setup to perform the task at hand. They (Hector Sr., Hector, and Paul) are well trained, each of them knew what they were supposed to do, assisting each other to accomplish the task at hand. They were very polite to us and each other at all times. We were kept abreast of the activities as they were being performed. They were very conscientious to the point that after leaving Hector remembered that he’d left an empty water bottle on top of the outside A/C unit (which he considered trash), returned to pick it up. We were not disappointed in selecting Synder to replace our A/C unit, which was accomplished in less than 6 hours. THEY ALL DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB! THANK YOU!!

It went very well and the technicians were very friendly and polite. I would not hesitate to use them again. Anyone needing a new system or repair on an old one should check them out. They installed a larger system than the one I had and was cheaper the an identical system would be to be replaced.

Extremely well. Service representative (Rene) responded to our calls after hours about our existing 4 ton unit. Excellent work ethic, attitude & customer service. It was ultimately determined that we needed a new (upgraded) air conditioning system. Snyder Air Cond. took care of us right away by providing a temporary window unit until the new one could be installed. During the installation, these gentlemen also displayed excellent customer service. They worked diligently & kept us posted on the status of the installation. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with the overall experience!

Snyder has been servicing my A/C units for almost 20 years. I purchased both my units from them & with the yearly contract have always had reliable service. Their employees are courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. My downstairs unit was finally giving out and Snyder worked with me to keep it going till I could afford to put in the new unit. When I call with an issue, they have their service people out within a day or two, depending on the situation. I have never had an encounter where an employee was rude, took too long, or were doing unnecessary work. This is an example of how small businesses are so much better to work with than large conglomerates. I very much appreciate having them in my corner, and I highly recommend doing business with them.

Wonderful. This whole company is marvelous. They sent a very nice young man at 4:30 on a Friday night. My system was shot, but he figured the new system, and what I needed, not the most expensive system. They were here bright and early Tues. morning and by 2:00 pm they were finished and my kitty and I were soon cool. I have used this company for 6 years and cannot say enough good. The office personnel are wonderful. They call to check on me and are very, very nice. Great choice, no matter what service.

I am very thankful having this team working in my AC unit installation. All staff are courteous and polite. They came on time and they did a good job.
