"The guys that came out worked really hard, when it wasn't raining. Unfortunately the rain did hinder the project a bit. But they were professional and courteous. Always keeping me updated and making sure I was satisfied with the job. They were so good i would hire them again! They even came out when it had iced and worked! Again they were very professional, kept me in the loop, courteous and even called to make sure everything was fine after they completed the job. "Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe.
