"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. "Rarely have I have enjoyed working with a contractor as much as I enjoyed working with Carlos and his team.  Here's why:
 - Quality: Every aspect of the job was completed with the finest workmanship.  The tile work in the shower was tricky due to a sloped ceiling and a bench.  It is flawless.  The drywall texture was perfectly applied.  A custom in-wall cabinet was made with perfect angles.  Nothing was rushed.
- Excellent communication:  Carlos asks many questions and makes no apology for it.  This is a very good thing.  It's easier and faster for a contractor to make decisions for the customer.  It's harder and takes longer to work with the customer to ensure even the smallest details are communicated.  
- Extremely flexible:  The Empire of Tile and Granite can do plumbing and electrical through the use of subcontractors.  They can do it all.  I wanted to use my own plumber and electrician, and this arrangement was easily accepted.
- Hardworking:  Carlos assigned two men to work full time on this job.  Daniel and Abraham worked tirelessly for three weeks to get the job done.  Not once did I come home to find them taking a break or sitting on their hands.  I was impressed every day.
- Great attitude: Carlos smiles.  He's upbeat.  He laughs a lot.  He says things like "don't worry, it will be great."  His men have the same attitude.  Home remodel is a very stressful event.  Working with happy people makes it 1000 times better.  Pura vida!  We will absolutely hire The Empire of Tile and Granite for our next job.
