    Excellent, found loose tiles, electrical box needs to be replaced, loose bricks, cracks in foundation slab, loose shingles, ceiling leaks stains, mouse droppings, just to name a few. Very through inspection. Supplies printed and CD images of potential problems. Takes about 2 1/2 hours.

    Mr. Gonzalez lied about doing the inspection at all. I filed a complaint with the state and they found him guilty. The state said they are trying to pull his license because he is a habitual offender. My home is ruined. He filed bankruptcy so I cannot even sue. Bad Guy!

    No pressure sales.  The employee drew a rough sketch of the perimeter of our home and inspected the foundation. He advised where to provide additional moisture, and suggested a simple solution on how to provide the correct amount of water to the foundation.

    I telephoned the office on Tuesday, they inspected my roof the next day and called wilt an estimated price (which held).  On  Friday they did the work with a crew of four men, taking half a day for the job.
