Although the First Choice price was a little higher, Sal fit us into his busy schedule on hearing our scheduling issue. Sal was very thorough, polite, and very accomodating. He spent much more time than expected, and did a very complete job. He also provided the report quickly. We highly recommend First Choice!

Waiting on the final report. I owed inspectors some money because I didn't give him the correct sq. footage of home. He did give me a verbal report on phone right after inspection. Very professional on the phone. Communicated very well. Certainly would use him again.

Sal was extremely professional in every aspect. He was prompt, thorough, and followed through on every promise. He explained details during the inspection pertaining to why an area would be marked "needs repair". His report was detailed and included many pictures.
