Timely, professional service

Very professional and he did everything he said he would.  The report was very detailed and made me feel better of my decision with the home.  He followed up after the the report was released and made sure I understood everything on the report.  I would definitely use him again if needed.  

Very easy to work with! We called on Wednesday and got an inspection the following Tuesday. A very thorough report was almost immediately available and easy to understand. Spike was friendly and responsive and provided services as expected. I recommend this company for anyone looking for home inspection services in the area.

Mr. Nichols was very thorough and efficient as he and his assistant went through the entire house. They appeared very well organized and methodically stepped through examining every appliance, system and the entire structure. Once completed Mr. Nichols went over every finding verbally and explained not only what was wrong but also how it should be. He made sure I understood not only the issue but the level of severity for each item that was identified. While the original appointment time was not met I credit Mr. Nichols for contacting us well ahead of time and explaining that he would be delayed in getting to our prospective home. The short wait was worth it to have someone that was so well versed in his trade and that communicated clearly all the details of the findings. The final written report was delivered as promised the same day and was detailed, concise and included valuable information links and resources.

I could not have been more pleased or impressed with the inspection Spike Nichols did on our future home. Buying a home is a big investment and although I found cheaper estimates on a home inspection, I had to go with quality vs. quantity. He impressed me with his clear description of services over the phone, quickly found a time convenient for me, he was EXTREMELY thorough, explained each finding so that I totally understood the issues, and sent me the written report within a couple hours.

He was able to schedule the inspection within the week at a convienent time for us.  He arrived promptly and spent several hours inspecting our potential home.  That evening we were able download his finailized report.

Mr. Nichols was extremely knowledgeable, professional and
took the time to explain everything in detail. Mr. Nichols went over everything
on the report and took the time to answer every question that I had. I could
not have asked for anything more and I will definitely recommend him to anyone
