The inspection report was extremely thorough and well-documented, covering structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety components in depth. The report included clear explanations, photos, videos, and helpful educational notes, which made it easy to understand not just what needed attention, but why it mattered. Even minor items and preventative recommendations were clearly identified, which is especially valuable in new construction. We appreciated that David did not gloss over issues simply because the home is new. Items such as grading and drainage improvements, sealing gaps that could allow pests or moisture intrusion, electrical safety concerns (including a non-functioning GFCI outlet), plumbing pressure readings, HVAC performance discrepancies, and door/window adjustments were all carefully noted with practical recommendations.
