"I gladly recommend Accurate Foundation Repair. They recently added to my home 9 new exterior and 5 new interior piers plus adjusted several already existing piers. The crew arrived promptly and obviously knew what they were doing. Doors that wouldn't close now close and lock perfectly. Thank you Accurate Foundation."

"Professional, honest assessment. While there was work that needed to be done on my home and my preference was to work with his company, he recommended that I work with the original contractor to maintain the warranty. I sincerely appreciated his honesty and recommendation. The work was completed by the original contractor, however I would definitely recommend Olshan's if you need initial foundation repairs conducted at your home."

"The install crew was great! Did a great job, kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. There were some plumbing issues discovered during the install process, the install crew kept me informed and updated on all phases of the repair and installation. The finished work is top notch."

"Mike L, David L, and Elias V from the San Antonio area came down and did my foundation repair. They were very good at what they do and very professional. I would highly recommend them! Thanks again guys for all your hard work! They had to install 17 piers and made it look easy. Cleaned up and can barely tell they were here. Thanks, Steve"

"Don was great to work with! The quality of his work was outstanding and he was quick to respond to any questions. He communicated with us step by step throughout the process. He actually installed our cabinets two days earlier than our quoted date - even with the current shortages of lumber! I would definitely recommend DJ’s Custom Caninets to my friends"

The cost to finish a basement is $18,400 for the average homeowner. However, this cost could be as little as $2,800 or as much as $34,500, depending on the basement size and the materials needed. If your basement is already outfitted with electrical and plumbing, expect the cost to fall on the lower end.
For example, the drywall cost for this project averages around $1,750, but other features, like hiring a plumber, cost between $45 and $200 per hour.
Yes, most states require plumbers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.

If you're doing a simple project like adding a home office to your basement, you can expect to pay anywhere from $500 to $3,000. However, if you're adding a bathroom, which is an extensive project, you can expect to pay between $6,600 to $16,500.
Foundation repairs cost about $5,000, on average. Typically, prices range from $2,200 to $7,800, depending on the type and extent of repairs needed. Cost factors include foundation type, home size, soil stability, accessibility, and the ultimate cause of the problem and what methods and materials are required to fix it.
