"Installed a drainage system to deal with surface water issue. The day after completion we had torrential rain for 24 hours and it drained away completely. Installation was completed in 2 days with little disruption. I'm very happy with the service the team provided."

"These guys were incredible! We have been experiencing a large number of earthquakes which makes the necessity of having a sound foundation. They dug at least 4-foot holes in hard clay and still completed the job in a day and a half. Afterwards, they took their time to make sure all windows and doors opened and closed properly. they also measured the floor with a level to make sure it was even. they caulked around all the windows in which they installed the piers. I would highly recommend them for a job well done. Very professional and friendly. they also cleaned the area after completing the job.

"Great customer service and communication. They responded quickly, gave me a competitive quote and were able to do the job sooner rather than later. They worked quickly and resolved the foundation issues. My only concern was some damage done to my landscaping and edging that was haphazardly cleaned up."

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

"Pier-tec placed a drain along the backside of my home. In the first part of August. I have not had any water standing in my back yard since then. They seemed very professional. Even surprised me to see Clint out hand checking the drop on the ditch. I feel that they provided a quality service. So when they had requested a review I was glad to give it."
