"Ari promised us to complete our project (which included kitchen, guest bath, master bath, laundry room and deck) in 6 weeks. They were done early and we're very pleased with the results. The crew was here almost every day, working on the project. We had a major water issue that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom and Ari was quick to assure us they would replace the flooring in the bedroom. Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front.
Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen!
Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English. But we were able to communicate well enough to accomplish what was needed.
We would use Finecraft again if we do any further remodeling.

"Right before my warranty expired the bathtub I had refinished started peeling on the area in front of the tub. When I called to get it fixed the office that did the original job was redistricted and would not service me so there was some back and forth with the new location in my service area taking responsibility for the repair. They finally agreed to do the repair but never completed it. The area they fixed was patched but never repainted to match the rest of the tub so it now looks white in some area's but a dingy gray on the patched area and now my warranty has expired."
