It was a big job and he had all the tools and parts to handle the complicated install. He sorted out wiring and connections in my home as well. Super friendly and on time, too. He takes great pride in his work and seems to enjoy what he does. I simply cannot say enough good things about him. I enjoyed visiting with him and will use him again!"

Tom's price was very reasonable (one third of the price quoted by the other company). I hired him to do the work. Tom did an excellent job. He was a pleasure to work with, and was professional and knowledgable. I will definitely use him again for any future electrical jobs."

"In January of 2024, I brought in my laptop for a cracked screen repair. They were able to repair the screen in about 2 weeks but when it was returned the keyboard no longer functioned. I brought it back in and they sent it out again. I did not hear anything about it for a few weeks and reached out. I was told one or more parts were on back order and that I would be notified if anything changed. I received one more following email a week later saying the same thing. I did not hear back from them after that. My laptop manufacturer reached out to me for further assistance but never heard about where my laptop was or when I would be receiving it back from Geek Squad and had to reach out to them again. Finally, 6 months later I have a working laptop after my computers manufacturer fixed it but very disappointed on how Geek Squad handled this situation."

The bill was alot more reasonable. I got the phones I ordered the very next day and had my TV and internet installed within 3 days of signing my contract. It was quick and simple.
