They installed a new sprinkler system in front and back yards, then waited until I had new flowers planted in 3 flower beds to return and install the drip irrigation. They were very accommodative of working with me on the timing and made sure that the project turned out great! I even reduced the size of a couple flower beds after the sprinkler system was installed but before the drip irrigation was installed, and they moved the sprinkler heads to make sure the new sod I have to lay will have adequate water coverage. "Angie's List notified me that Western Irrigation would not be able to provide the service after I had contacted the company and scheduled an appointment.  Subsequently, I received an explanation from Western Irrigation that it was Angie's List that terminated the company from performing requested services.  This has been a bit confusing as it sounds like Angie's List and Western Irrigation presented conflicting reasons for the cancellation.

"Great...2nd time I've used them. First time was major problem (I thought). One zone wouldn't yard irrigation zine wouldn't work and 2 other services couldn't find the controller and indicated they would have to do major digging to locate. Superior's team came out, determined the controller was Ok and problem was a broken wire...located the break within 30 minutes and repaired it. Thought I had completed the review last year when that work was done but found the review was still waiting for submission. Most recent job was repairing a broken line and some drip system replacing...Took a little longer but still would give them an A+. They are my "go to" irrigation service from now on...."

My project was a multi-date event. They left the work site perfect, just as it was prior to starting. Just to let everyone know what the scope of work details: 1- Complete old system overhaul from 4" to 6". 2- Replace multiple broken heads. 3- Move some current heads to give better lawn coverage. 4- Dig new trench line for drip line irrigation to new hedges. 5- Plant 40 (16ea-30gal and 24ea-15gal) new Hedges (Wax Myrtles) for privacy fence. 6- Remove old dead front hedges and replace with 10ea small Boxwoods.
