"Finding a good restoration company is very difficult but I would not recommend Floors to Ceiling Restoration for your next project. They are very difficult to deal with and we had multiple, significant communication issues with them. Unlike many of the other reviews the attention to detail and care of our home was left wanting. After working on our home for 3 weeks we were told the work was done and that we could move back in. When we got home we saw many things not completed including furniture left in the garage and everything covered in dust. When I went to do laundry the hose hadn’t been put back properly so it flooded our brand new floors (I did appreciate the fact that this was quickly remedied to ensure no water damage). There were gaps in the drywall where the kitchen counters met the wall and we had to convince them to fix it as they said it was not in their scope of work. It was a struggle to get the project completed and it felt as if they had moved on and didn't care how the final product looked."
