"The crappiest company I have every worked with in order to upkeep my home. They are predators and they call you 100 times a day to collect money for a service they did not render. It is insane. Do no work with them ever. Seriously. I closed my account they then charged me for the next month service, then when I told them what was discussed - they lied in the notes and refused to just cancel the $50 and said they would send to collections. I literally paid them to have them stop calling me."

When they came out to inspect, I showed them the problem and they agreed, it was a real problem. Later, they send a report back that completely ignores the very real problem I have. Instead, telling me to fix the back of the house that is no problem at all. Trying to ask for further assistance, they said they did what I paid them for."

For example: if it is a full home remodel we may take payments in phases but if it's just to put in a garbage disposal and you are 40 min drive away, we may need the payment upfront to make sure you will be there.
