Not my first time at closet/cabinet custom work. But this time was a pleasure! Bill came immediately for in-home planning, then in 3 days he held a zoom design review, 2nd zoom design review and fast, then in 10 days, perfect execution of the plan. Not one minute of that horrible process of waiting for carpenters, painters to stink up and cover the space with tarps - it is what I would call "fast custom." The work is beautiful, very high-end. Very fair price, turn-key quote that was 100% the final bill - No surprises. Installers were super professional and determined that the customer would be happy -- and I am one happy customer! Cutting Edge Owner even came to check out during the job! They have done this nearly 30 yrs. and are exactly what you pray for when you need a contractor."

Seemed like he was learning a few things as he started installing some things, like the closet doors - he bought the wrong roller mechanisms and didn't know how to install a peep hole eyeglass - in fact he lost a part of the magnifier and had to go back to the store to buy another one, as well as the closet roller mechanisms - all at my expense. I do not recommend this company."

"Rick, owner, was excellent to work with. He installed a new double-oven to replace an old separate microwave and oven. This required modifying the existing cabinets, building a new taller pull-out drawer, and color-matching the existing stained/varnished cabinets. The quality of the new drawer was excellent, matched color (despite the previous color no longer being sold in stores), and installed the new oven (delivered previously by a separate vendor). He came a week prior to install to take measurements, check that our electrical was sufficient to handle the new oven combo, and built the new drawer off site during that following week. This made install quick and easy the following week. Rick was kind, easy to work with, worked around our difficult work schedules, and did really excellent work. I would not hesitate to hire him again and highly recommend him."
