I had the tub in the guest bath removed and replaced with a shower. 4"x8" subway tile with grey grout, cornice pieces, twisted pencil trim, round penny tile for the floor and in the niche. Scott spent the time to explain everything he was going to do and why. He listened while I told him what I was looking for in the tile pattern for the shower and the flooring (porcelain planking). We had great communication regarding each step of the process including placement of the niche, the type of shower doors and the removal of the furr-down, installation of a free standing vanity, new light fixture and fan and new commode. The guest bath looks like something right out of a spa. We did have a problem with the original copper tubing in that bath. Scott's plumber Chris did an excellent job correcting the error that was made back when the house was built and the slab poured got me back up to speed and nice new valves. The master bath required a custom counter that turned out beautifully and to my specifications after a conversation with Scott about what I wanted. I was really tough on Scott's assistant Kevin regarding the floor tile. I wanted to make sure I didn't see any obvious repeated planks. Kevin really listened and did an amazing job getting them completely mixed up. It might seem easy but I've done it and it really does take a bit of doing. People have stopped in and said it looks like a real wood floor. I ordered an American Standard tub from online. It turns out it wasn't just a tub but a 'bathing pool'... who knew. Anyway the plumbing was different than a regular tub unexpected hitch #437. I had them install the same 4"x8" subway tile with cornice pieces and pencil trim in this bath. The detail along the edge of the tub is just beautiful. There was a tiny leak in the water line that ended up leaking to the carpet in the bedroom. Scott could easily have just put a fan on it but he did it the correct way and tarped the room, pulled up the carpet, ran one of those weird fans, replaced the damaged pad and stretched the carpet. (not to mention moving furniture including my embarrassingly dusty books out of the bookcase.. and knick knacks... tons and tons of knick knacks) I trust him completely to do not only a competent job but an EXCELLENT job. His attention to detail with the trim in the guest bath, is eye for design with the color of the vanity stain in the master and his professional manner in dealing with those things that just don't go the way you expect was way above my expectations. I also want to mention that Scott was just wonderful about communicating with me whether by text, email or phone calls. He was prompt at responding to me and great about keeping me in the loop about what was happening or what would be happening. Seriously I couldn't be happier. This process cost a good chunk of change but it was absolutely worth it! In May 2014, my family and I were away from home camping in our new travel trailer. Upon arrival, realizing immediately after hooking up the water supply, we had water pouring from under the kitchen sink.
Having this leak required us to shut off the water supply to our camper. With a family having 2 children this was especially a great inconvenience. Not being able rectify this issue ourselves, we called a local RV store, McFadden's RV in Emory, TX.
(a store we had visited in the past for various camp items and lighting fixtures)
Our call was answered by a polite service tech who seemed genuinely concerned and knowledgeable as to the situation I had explained and scheduled an appointment on the day of the call, something of which I was very grateful for.
I had great appreciation for his prompt arrival and was completely satisfied by the service received. The tech was extremely polite, respectful, clean and well dressed - no bad attitude or language was used and the knowledge and assistance pertaining to the repair of the leak was most helpful. He listened to understand, was sympathetic and offered helpful advice while not being demeaning or arrogant.
In addition, my water line had blown off under the kitchen sink and not realizing it, a second leak had developed in the bathroom. Had he not been caring, thoughtful and thorough, I would have had further issues and damage to my camper.
He repaired both leaks with confidence and gave me the assurance that I wouldn't have any more problems and I haven't!
The tech was knowledgeable and diligent and his job performance was top notch!
I would highly recommend this company to fellow campers.
You can't beat great people offering great service!

We previously used another well-known service and were not happy (and became increasingly unhappy) but we kept them for years. Inertia,I suppose. They were very sloppy, with excessive wetting of our garage floor and around the house perimeter. Also, we continued to have issues with roaches although the house was treated monthly and we keep it clean and orderly. (I have an extreme phobia about roaches since I was a child!) I called Truly Nolen just because their cute little cars caught my eye. However, we are EXTREMELY pleased with their services in addition to their cars. An employee visited us and went over our house giving us suggestions to help (For instance, we had some cardboard storage boxes in the garage which he suggested we replace with plastic because roaches LOVE cardboard.) He explained exactly what they would do and when they would come as well as the pricing. They have done exactly what he promised. They are very professional, neat, and very careful about our pets. They put roach bait behind the light switches and in other very out-of-the-way places on the first visit. Now, on the annual visit they are using something that they say is not toxic to mammals at all and I'm not sure where they are placing it. Since we switched, we have had no more sightings of roaches! They also clear away webs or insects around the exterior lights and windows with a webster. They treat outdoors quarterly and indoors semi-annually. If we have extra needs, they are available to come any time to address those. We are very happy customers."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/fl/orlando/truly-nolen-pest-and-termite-control-of-orlando%2C-florida-reviews-255592.htm"},"position":9}]}

hello Please do not buy warranty from them. They tell you it covers everything and when you need them Advent service will tell you this part does not covers. I bought 10 year warranty from this company on my new house system. At that time they told me warranty covers everything unless its...

Decided to have my Christmas lights done professionally by 377 Christmas lights this season and I couldn’t be happier. They were extremely professional, they finished their work quickly, and they finished project looked amazing. My kids loved driving up to the house in the evening with...
I chose to finally renovate two 35 year old totally disgusting bathrooms with 'cultured' marble counters, possible pressed wood pulp product vanities and all-in-one tub shower combos UGH. The guest bath had to be taken all the way down to the studs. The master was also a complete gut job but...

It went fine. I thought they cut the front door too short--I can see light under the door. They were more expensive than others, but I used them because they were members of my church.

"Got quotes fair price first was going to be extra because of all the leaves that needed to be picked up and extra trim leaves were never picked up, then next schedule date no show a week later they came by only did the back because they were running late and would come back the following week to do the front yard that never happened. When I called their office and explained this to the lady she stated she would talk to owner and would get back to me that never happened then a couple of weeks later one of their works knocked to see if I needed service I stated the above and said yes please he started to blow the leaves out front five minutes later they were gone and paid each time. I called their office and this time I spoked to the owner he stated the same as the lady before him and I got the same results no replies and now they avoid my calls."

"NIGHTMARE TO WORK WITH!!! In summary, I strongly advise doing your own due diligence to understand the deck process (right materials and practices) before hiring, and hire an inspector to ensure the quality of the work. Honestly would avoid this company all together as they appear to have also lied about being BBB accredited and insured (no certificate of insurance ever provided). Texans Decks cuts corners both in materials and process not meeting residential building codes in either ([*** Link removed ***] Took a project that was estimated to be complete in one week by Samuel Amador (owner) over 3 months and is still incomplete. Now have to find someone else to finish the job. There are constant delays due to weather (won't come out if even 1% chance of rain), material unavailability (didn't order TREX product when deposit was received), wanting to work on other customer projects, and personal issues. Always having to follow up to see if workers will be on site as no notice is given when not coming unless you reach out yourself. Every time asked when the project is expected to be complete the answer is always give me another week. Due to the prolonged delays with no workers on site the area under the framing of the deck was constantly flooded due to leftover piles of dirt and concrete that had to be cleared on my own. Scrap lumber, and contractor trash bags left in the yard so long all the grass has died underneath. Cut off part of my house without even telling me. Only would respond to questions or attempt to remedy incorrect building when threatening a lawsuit or bringing in an inspector otherwise they would ignore you. There's such a long list of red flags. Now the job is abandoned and the only way to recover funds is through a lawsuit."

FAQs for exterior lighting service projects in Cross Roads, TX
Low-voltage landscape lighting costs about $120 per fixture to install. You may need to install a 12-volt transformer, too, to ensure the lighting system runs safely. For a six-fixture low-voltage landscape lighting setup, expect to pay around $1,000. A major reason people choose low-voltage landscape lighting is to reduce the risk of shock, making it safer to operate the outdoor lighting system.
Professional landscape lighting is typically worth the investment to improve your home’s curb appeal, safety, and security. Additionally, landscape lighting can add value to your home, creating a brightly-lit outdoor space that you can use after dark. According to the National Association of Realtors, landscaping lighting can add $2,500 to your home’s value. On average, this type of home improvement has a 50% return on investment.
There are tons of different types of landscape lighting available, including the choice between solar and wired, incandescent and LED, and a variety of colors.
Specific types of lighting include:
Pathway lights: $50–$150 per fixture
String lights: $50–$150
Low-voltage lights: $90–$150 per fixture
Porch lights: $65–$250 per fixture
Floodlights: $75–$250 per fixture
Downlights: $100–$400 per fixture
Uplights: $100–$400 per fixture
Security lights: $ 350–$500 per fixture
Lamp posts: $400–$1,100 per lamp post
Landscape lighting costs about $4,000 on average, ranging from $2,000 to $6,000, depending on the amount of lighting, type of lights, and your location. Additional cost factors include any electrical work, excavation and trenching, and the current landscaping that the contractor has to work around. You can expect to pay an average of $100 for pathway and string lighting, and about $700 for lamp post lighting.
The five common types of landscape lighting are up-lighting, down-lighting, spotlights, built-in lighting, and pathway lighting.
Up-lighting casts light upwards from the ground, mostly for aesthetic purposes.
Down-lighting directs light onto the ground, lighting pathways, or outdoor space.
Spotlights cast direct, focused lighting in any direction.
Built-in lighting integrates lighting into an outdoor feature.
