Swinburn Construction has been in business since 2000. This business was a concrete and brick business that my grandfather started sometime in the 1930's. This has been a family business all along. I learned everything I know from my grandfather and my father. I am the third generation to keep this business going. We build custom homes from the ground up including all phases. Smaller jobs will require a small deposit with payment in full due when job is done. Larger jobs will require a down payment with periodic draws with payment due at end of job. Yes, you can screw directly into stucco. Only do so if the item you are installing is a permanent fixture. Drill a pilot hole into the stucco using a masonry or concrete bit, then drive in the screw with a power drill or screwdriver.
No, stucco siding tends to be more expensive than vinyl siding. While the materials for stucco are less costly, the labor-intensive application process increases the total project budget.
