Swinburn Construction has been in business since 2000. This business was a concrete and brick business that my grandfather started sometime in the 1930's. This has been a family business all along. I learned everything I know from my grandfather and my father. I am the third generation to keep this business going. We build custom homes from the ground up including all phases. Tillema & Sons is a family owned and operated full service masonry business. We do jobs for the individual homeowner or subcontract for other companies. Smaller jobs will require a small deposit with payment in full due when job is done. Larger jobs will require a down payment with periodic draws with payment due at end of job.
