Swinburn Construction has been in business since 2000. This business was a concrete and brick business that my grandfather started sometime in the 1930's. This has been a family business all along. I learned everything I know from my grandfather and my father. I am the third generation to keep this business going. We build custom homes from the ground up including all phases. We can do all the land clearing, dirt work, concrete slab, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, all the way to complete finish out. We have new homes that can be built starting at 24.00 per square foot and up. Have a house that you already love, but it needs repairs? We can give your home a fresh new makeover. Have a leaky roof ? We custom design and install these automation products as well as custom built and designed entertainment centers with all types of surround sound, theater sound, as well as sound systems that are indoors as well as outdoors. And you are able to control all functions of these entire systems all with the touch of a button on your smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer. These systems are so sophisticated that if someone was to open a door or window at your home while you are away, you will instantly receive a text message alert on your cell phone giving you the information about exactly which door or window was opened, and on some systems, you can even push another button on your phone, and access the cameras at the home, and actually see the person that opened it. At that point you can push a button to ignore the warning, or push another button to sound off the alarm and the authorities are immediately notified. This type of package I just described is a package that is bundled with a security system. We are adding new services every day.
