"Overall it was a great experience. The installer was very professional, efficient, and he cleaned up the job site and even took the old carpet with him.

"Everything went well except for the flower bed. They ruined approximately 1/2 of the bed, replace a few plants with whatever they bought at Home Depot but failed to realize the plants should not have been planted in direct sun instead of the original drought-sun resistant ones. After beginning the job, they found an additional beam needed to be replaced which resulted in the original price doubling. Since the work needed to be done I authorized it. Had dirt piled over the existing grass in front of house, which has not been able to thrive since. Still looks incomplete, dirty.
