"Tim did a great job for us. He came out the day after I called to give us an estimate, then wrote it up and did a drawing for approval by our condo board. When we received the approval, he came out within a day and finished the job in 4 hours which was amazing because he custom made a window well cover at our condo which goes underneath the deck. Tim was very knowledgeable, neat and explained everything to us when he was finished. Would highly recommend him for this type of repair."

"Where do I start? The finished product was acceptable. Along with my deck repair, I had Adam install a gutter on the front of my house. I had to wait on rainfall before reviewing my gutters. The gutter was a complete failure. Leaks were numerous! I would not recommend Sunshine Builders for gutter work. The repair took two weeks, not the three day estimate given. The hot days were part but not all the many delays. My deck looks great. Gutters not so much. Proceed with caution."
