"We are extremely satisfied with our generator purchase. We interviewed several different companies and Alternative Home Energy and Maintenance was the only firm that understood our needs. They did a thorough review of our electrical and gas configuration on the initial sales call, which none of the other companies did. We were provided a detailed, line item quote. The entire team - Tasha Thompson, Jarrod Watson, Robb Taylor, Zack Martin, and James Sanders (plus a couple of other individuals whose names I don't have) were top notch. Tasha did an outstanding job in keeping us informed every step of the way. Robb did a thorough walkthrough and was a no-pressure sales rep, James and Zack did an outstanding job on the installation. I can be pretty high maintenance on jobs like this and Tasha was incredibly responsive to my texts and emails. I can't recommend this firm highly enough. A lot of folks will sell you product, but this team delivers value and customer service at a very competitive rate. Great job, team!"

"Johnnie and Kyle were lifesavers, literally! Our heater kept tripping the breaker and when my husband flipped the switch back on, sparks flew. Our home is new to us, but was built in the 70s, we were unaware of how bad the electrical wiring was, the Inspector, for some reason, didn't catch it when we bought the house. There was an older breaker box inside my husband's closet also, the wiring inside was a jumbled mess and had several burned areas. We were extremely lucky our house hadn't already burned down. Johnnie and Kyle worked way late into the night having to basically rewire everything. They took extra care in making sure our house was safe for us. We also had concerns over the cost, this was not the best time financially for us, but we were pleasantly surprised with what they charged us. Both men were extremely polite, friendly and considerate of our needs. We will be calling Jade Electrical for all of our electrical needs from now on and referring them to everyone we know."

"I saw a drip coming down from the ceiling, hitting my wood floor and I immediately knew that my water heater was about to expire. Right away, I went through Angie's List to request an emergency repair and Bacon responded by phone in about 10 minutes. I spoke with a very friendly and personable dispatcher and she told me they would have a technician out as soon as possible. Within about 90 minutes, the technician, Mario Cisneros, arrived and assessed the issue and provided several options for replacement. He left to order parts and get an assistant to help him with the installation. After a few hours of very hot work up in my attic, it was replaced and in perfect working order. Mario and his assistant were outstanding, friendly, and personable and explained what was going to be done every step of the way. I could not be more pleased with the results. Fantastic job! "Andrew was on time, professional, helpful and undaunted by the 160 vertical glass plates of our chandelier. He and his assistant were careful, conscientious and didn’t break one! (There were extras supplied for that eventuality.) They helped us get the dimming function we wanted and were cautious with their gigantic ladder and our hardwood entry floors. They were knowleadgeable and we had them do several other fixes in under cabinet lighting, can lights, etc. I can enthusiastically recommend them!"

"HR Phoenix Review This will be long but worth the reading if you are considering this company. I had a electrical outlet issue with caused 3 ceilings failures. The first day they came out they did not find it and I was told they will return the next day. The next day they continue to troubleshoot and told me I needed my circuit breaker panel replaced because it was old and they could not touch it. 5 days later they replaced it but issue remained. They requested final payment for the CB panel replacement because the work was completed. So at this point I paid $600 for the first visit, $7K for the CB panel replacement and the issue remains. They told me they would return. Since they did not label the CB panel I traced the power (their job) to label the panel and found several plugs mis wired to 240 V instead of 120 V. The tech came out corrected the issue and I found out the job really was not completed because they did not install the serge protected on the CB panel because they have the wrong one. So they knew the work was not completed when they asked for payment! They found the original issue and it was they first wall outlet (that I pointed out the first visit) the tech showed me the burned faulty outlet. So the CB panel did not need to be replaced at all. I call the office with this information and to justify the replacement they told me the CB panel was sparking. At no point during this 2 1/2 ordeal did anyone say there were sparks or any fire hazards. If this were true (which it was not) this company did not notify us or warn us and between the visits it was 5 day to get on the schedule. So if we go with their excuse they left us in a danger/situation without telling us. This company can not be trusted to provide honest/accurate assessments. And to add insult to injury they tried to bill me $400 more for the last visit. The owner Paul Rylee was aware of everything so HR pls don't respond here when there was no real response when I spoke to your office! They can not be TRUSTED!"
