It went great! Chad and his workers were all very polite and on time. Even patient waiting on city inspections. They left everything cleaned up. The Generator is perfect!

He installed the generator and supervised the rewiring electrical breakers etc. He tested everything to ensure it works before he leave. Very responsible person.

Prime Generators (Chad Hancock)...Total Professionals!!! I can't say enough great things about my entire experience with Chad and his team. From first contact to complete installation was 11 days! Unbelievable you say. You most likely will NOT get that quick of service, but I lucked out on his schedule, the availability of the generator, and his crews. This includes a 3-day weekend and working around intermittent rain. Chad' s plumbers and electricians where phenomenal! I'm a picky person and couldn't belive the attention to detail, preciseness of work, clean work, and very easy to work with his entire team. Chad was there every day to work himself and/or oversee the work being performed. If Chad said he was going to do something, it happened. He took the time and explained everything in detail and answered every question I threw at him. He gave me options and explained the pros and cons of each. Generator installations are not cheap. As I did, you will question why a complete installation costs more than double what the materials cost. After watching his team do all the work, I realized that it was much more work than I had imagined, and now understand why it's not cheap. Chad and his team worked very well, and knew what they were doing. I am so pleased with this installation. Compared to other contractors I've hired, Chad gets a true 5 Star rating and exceeded all my expectations for the job. Even if you have to wait much longer than my 11 day journey, Chad is worth waiting for.

Chad was great. My situation was fairly unique because I didn't already have natural gas piped to the house. We had to navigate city permitting and gas company schedules throughout the installation process. Chad was incredibly helpful during the process and often times seemed like the only one in my corner.
