"Becca arrived much later than the one hour window we were given of 2pm-3pm...arrived about 4:30pm...but since she was able to repair the blinds to the extent we needed...they were jammed and my dad just wanted to be able to have them unjammed and to be able to open and close them again and Becca achieved that...we will overlook the lateness and give 5 stars.
