We are a small company the consists of only three employees. We normally do all the work required on a jobsite unless a third party is required for other services we don't offer. We except most methods of billing procedures. Materials must me purchased by customer needed for the job. Customer will only be charged for labor or special materials mentioned in the job contract!

"It went so well and they did exactly what the contract said that they would do. Our contract was specific that left nothing to misunderstand about what I wanted done or they to do. They were working with 24 year old oak cabinets and were exact in matching corners & fronts of those old cabinets. It all looks so good. I worked with the owners daughter. The owner was very nice also. The carpenters were a pleasure to work with. They did their work and then the owner would call or text me to ask it there was anything that needed their attention. The payment process was excellent in that it was all done on Intuit and could come directly out of my checking account."

Drywalling a garage is a smart decision if you want to protect your garage from fires, moisture damage, and exterior noise. Most garages have flammable supplies that could result in serious damage in the off chance of an accident. Drywall is fire resistant, helping to prevent fires from spreading. There are a few easy ways to locate a wall stud without a stud finder. First, try knocking on the wall with your knuckles. Most parts of the wall will sound hollow, but when you tap over a stud, it will sound more solid. Alternatively, since studs are spaced 16 or 24 inches apart, you can measure those distances from a corner of the room, which will always have a stud.

You can prevent air leaks and sagging by gluing a drywall ceiling. However, not every drywall job is a good fit for Sheetrock adhesive, and many pros say ceilings are one of those cases. When you place them properly, drywall screws make ceiling Sheetrock part of your home’s structural support system. 

Adding glue won’t increase the strength of the drywall, and it can make it much harder for you to remove and replace damaged drywall. Adhesive can bridge gaps, though, and it can keep temperature-controlled air from escaping or entering through the ceilings, making rooms more energy efficient.
