I had the entryway, the living room, kitchen, laundry room and halfway popcorn removed from ceiling, retextured and then painted ceiling white paint. It was a beautiful job. The only complaint I had was one of the workers dropped or stood on my new dryer and left a dent on it, and he didn't tell me about it. I found out about it a day later. Also Anthony Hernandez was supposed to come after they finished the work to see if their work was good or if I had any complaints and he didn't do that. Other than those two things, I was pleased with the work, and I would hire them again."

"went too long...multiple tries for same claim...CHW needs to verify their service partners before enlisting them...as the first one was a fraud (and cut a big hole in kitchen ceiling) and second one did not keep his appointment until we called...third one was very responsive and fixed it property (but by then we had found the source of the leak). Then started the next inning to fix the hole in kitchen ceiling, paid the service fee twice (once for leak repair and then for drywall repair)!"

Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks.
