Mr Packwood and his guys did a fantastic job building our deck and pergola. They built it so quickly, I was amazed. It took a little over 2 days for construction and then finishing began. All workers were courteous and respectful of our property. You could not ask for a better building experience.

They were skilled, polite, and consulted me with any issues. I would hire them again

The project was accomplished exactly as we wanted. Very happy with the fence.

Great service, reliable contractor, fair pricing on work. Work was done on the exteterior and interior of my house. Exterior work replaced old masonite matetial with Hardie Board. Painted and caulk out side. Updated showers on two bath rooms plus painted large main livi g area.

Overestimates significantly on materials and offered no refund for materials not used or equipment not rented as well as work not performed. I recommend getting a detailed breakdown of materials and work beforehand and a detailed list of what was actually done and used with receipts at final collection noted in the contract. One wall was noticeably bowed and not corrected. Could not use glass door because the shower surround would not support one after the work was performed. etc...Workers were kind and respectful. To my knowledge and observation Mr Packwood did not perform any work himself nor inspections and was not present for any of the install

Good reliable contractor, would use again.

Fence is great. Hard job. Iron posts with wood boards. Only problem is that they did not have enough caps for the posts. Said they would come back and put them on, over a week ago, Still not done. Left 2 messages, no response

Good very professional work.

Packwood was hired to remove and replace siding doors and windows. We chose LP Smartsiding. During install I noticed siding was not being installed to manufacture specs. After debate and learning curve spacing and clearances were resolved. Randy mismeasured the windows. The window frames, headers, & cases had to be modified. The doors cases were mismeasured and had to be modified. The master bath shutters did not fit after the new windows were installed & today are not hung. The porch light and the telephone no longer work. His best people drank beer and threw cigarette buts @ the job site. Windows were transported on a flat utility trailer & stored on muddy ground A NO NO. Randy may be a good fence builder but I do not recommend them for a job like ours. Randy told me I was too picky.

I had bought a building for my studio and I hired Randy to finish out the inside with stained shiplap, vinyl hardwood flooring, bead board ceiling, cabinets, sink and toilet. Randy is stayed true to my design and was great at communication to be sure he was on target. He was quick and polite whenever I had a question. I highly recommend choosing Packwood Enterprises.

Beware if you decide to use this contractor. They are not true to their word and fail to comply with the contract. He does not work within time limits set out in the contract and does not recall conversations. He seemed so likable when we met and then things changed. His crew and subcontractors helped themselves to my materials and belongings. Randy is defensive and will not resolve issues. Their work is shoddy and not professional and the materials that he was responsible for picking out and providing as per the contract were subpar. The roof that was put on my addition is a complete different color than my existing roof and a lower quality of materials than my existing roof.
