Perfection Cleaning Service

They brought a crew of about 5 girls with no ladder. All of the ceilings were more than 12 feet tall so it created a problem reaching tall fixtures. They asked for my ladder but I'd already moved it out of the house. There was a sticky juice spot in front of the refrigerator from one of my kids spilling before I left. When I returned, that same sticky juice spot was still clearly visible on the kitchen floor. They didn't bother cleaning, much less DEEP cleaning. I found similar issues in bathroom floors (the tile was such that it obscured most dirt, but stuck on toothpaste or juice should have been cleaned in a DEEP clean). 3 sets of blinds were missed. After paying $300 for shoddy work, I called the owner. She came back & re-mopped the kitchen & dining room. Bathrooms I had to re-mop and I had to dust the remaining blinds and wipe down a counter that seemed like it wasn't thoroughly cleaned either. I was very disappointed in how a cleaning company could lack so much attention to detail on a DEEP clean. I could have done better myself and spent as much time as they did going back over everything myself. I would never recommend this company. After I found more issues AFTER I had already called them back, I certainly wasn't going to give them a 3rd chance to make things right.

The girls come weekly (Wednesdays) and clean my house from top to bottom. They are punctual, friendly and do an amazing job.

I had some issues with one of the groups. The owner is very quick to address issues. She is very friendly and willing to work with me. She is right on spot and engages better with me now.

Used them for more than 3 months on an every other week.  If something is not cleaned, or incorrectly cleaned, i call the owner and it is taken care of at no charge, one time I got a full house cleaning(about 5hours) because the previous individual was only in the house for about 1hr 20min and lots of stuff was not done, such as cobwebs were still in windows, dust on furniture legs, and other places that weren't dusted.

We had agreed on a time for them to arrive. It was 11:00 AM. However, due to a sick child and maybe some other things, they did not arrive until noon. They finished about 4:30 that afternoon. They did offer to return if anything was amiss, but I did not have any time available for that as I was leaving town soon and already had more than enough to do by then. So I did not call them to come back. "Robbie," whose business this is was very personable. I was hopeful that they would do an excellent job. However, I found that they missed several places: greasy areas on the stove, some areas of debris and dirt in the refrigerator, some untouched areas of tile flooring, missed dust on several surfaces, and a blind which had a blob of sticky something still on it. I can't fault them much since they did offer to make things right if I just let them know.

Overall a great job.
Had some places missed and not cleaned properly. After calling about it, they quickly corrected that and re-did a lot of the work.
