"StarTech (Luis, Owner) was very responsive to my initial inquiry and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. They offered a fair price for their maintenance service. And David (Service Manager) did a great job while onsite, evaluating and servicing my 2 AC units, changing filters, recommending improvements (he also took time to go service my mom-in-law's AC unit 15 minutes away). David also gave me his thoughts about the feasibility of a couple of AC projects I am thinking about and am awaiting their estimates. Really impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service displayed by our friends at StarTech. We will continue to use them for future needs...thanks again!!"

"We moved in to our new home that was built in 1960. With a brand new baby we wanted to have it as clean and possible and when they came and cleaned them it was amazing what was in there and that we could have been exposed to that. Thank you for your great service and wonderful job ?"

"After having a TERRIBLE experience with a Lowes Contractor I needed to get the job done! Brenda was exceptionally easy to schedule with and quoted a very reasonable price for the job. Not only did Raul and his team arrive prepared but they were early and got the job done in under an hour... this is a job that the lowes contractor has had since April to do! Save yourself the hassle and use Premier the first time!!! The guys were efficient, courteous and even cleaned up during and after the job!! A++++"

"I hired them because of work I have seen done in another house. I was impressed with their attention to detail. I also appreciated their knowledge because they were able to apply our vision without going over our budget. I would definitely consider working with them again."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

The best way to start designing a house is to know what you want before designing. Making a list of your biggest priorities in a home will help. Designing a house without an idea of what you need or want in a home will lead to many trials and errors that could make it harder to figure out what you need in your design.

Stone, marble, and brick are common building materials of Neoclassical architecture, though you will also find wood flooring and a range of natural stone tiles. Since several home styles fall under Neoclassical architects' umbrella, a range of building materials—including traditional wood framing—will make an appearance.

Custom homes can take an average of 18 months to build, mainly due to the lengthy design process, and most projects take somewhere between 12 and 24 months. When you work with the right custom home builders near you, they can help you map the road ahead and understand what can speed up or delay the timeline. Choosing locally available materials, for example, can speed things up without losing that customized touch.

Costs depend on project complexity, materials, labor, permits, and required revisions.

Yes, many providers offer design consultations to help optimize and maximize space, functionality, and usage. It is recommended to confirm the availability of this service with your specific installer or contractor.
