Wolf Air

Esta compania [915-694-8214 - Wolf Air - Arturo Alcantar] cobra precios exorbitantes. Me cobraron $150 dolares solo por venir a ver que pasaba con mi AC y luego "repararon" algo, me cobraron $400 dolares por cambiar una parte que nunca vi que reemplazaran, me contesto el senor de forma muy grosera cuando me sorprendi del precio for 20 minutos de trabajo y, lo peor de todo, el aire se volvio a descomponer a la semana. Les llame preguntando si tenia garantia el trabajo, volvieron a la casa, me volvieron a cobrar $150 dolares solo por revisar el HVAC otra vez y ademas me iban a cobrar $$$ mas por arreglar un problema que supuestamente no encontraron la primera vez. Simplemente preferi quedarme sin aire otra semana y buscar otra compania que seguir tratando con ellos.

Arturo and Ingrid are unprofessional. I’ve been waiting for someone to come check the unit Wolf Air installed a year ago. They’re very unresponsive. I’ve been without AC for over a week and have not gotten anyone to come to check the system. With the 100+ degree heat, I would avoid having to deal with unprofessionals like these.

I also wanted them to do another job for a 3 ton air conditioning for my girlfriend and Art was to busy to return my calls or do the job

I paid for the service call only.i hired another contractor with a fair price. Art wanted to charge me way to much. I converted my girlfriends house to Refrigeraion they had no time to do this job too

terrific, service is super responsive, friendly, and a fair price for great work done. I keep coming back year after year to these guys because they earn their repeat business. give them a try you won't be disappointed, I never have been. excellent work.

It took three visits to find all of the problems.  One thing was fixed and all seemed well only to have the system break down a few days later; however, once the third visit was completed, the AC was back up and running faultlessly.  Arturo was competent, courteous, and concerned about my AC needs. I am going to set up a regular maintenance schedule with his company.
