"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using this moving company. During my move, three luxury handbags and a wallet, each valued at around $2,000, went missing. These items were kept securely in my home, and the movers were the only individuals with access during that time. When I raised the issue, the company’s response was not only dismissive but insulting. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, they implied I had made it up—based solely on the fact that one of the movers had tattoos. Coming from humble beginnings, with my father working as a construction worker, this stereotype felt deeply offensive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I sent a message asking for the movers’ names, I was left on read. I followed up again, and was once again ignored. This lack of transparency and basic respect only added to the frustration. The total loss was nearly $9,000 worth of personal property, and I was left without any resolution or accountability. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think twice before trusting them with valuable belongings."

"Not surprised they are closed... I used this company to move from Virginia to Wisconsin in July 2023. It cost more than triple the initial quote, they did not break down our storage shelves so we needed another truck, delays on delivery date multiple times so all our stuff could fit one truck (but 2 other deliveries were on our semi.. so), AND my belongings had weavel bugs in them. Stored our stuff for 4 months in NJ, and delivered by a teuck grom Florida. Also, both of my personal hand carts did not arrive with my stuff. Would not wish this company on anyone."

"****BEWARE ***This company is an absolute scam. They promise you a guaranteed out of pocket rate, then triple it when the movers show up. Then promise delivery within three days and I now sit still waiting for my property to be delivered more than two weeks later. I got someone on the phone twice and both times they gave me fake delivery dates where no one showed up or communicated anything. Now they do not answer the phone or return messages. Guess I will be suing. "
