He arrived on time to our first consultation, and he spent some time talking to me about my house and my bathroom so that we were on the same page. We signed a contract with him, and he scheduled the date for work a month ahead so we knew when to expect him. Danny always returned our phone calls promptly, and he was easy to communicate with. Originally, we hired him to remove an old, rusty tub and replace it with a fiberglass shower stall, which included altering the plumbing. But we quickly realized that since the old sink and toilet had to be removed (in order to get the tub out of the tiny bathroom), we would be smart to replace everything.
