"Landmark Uses Disreputable Contractors ? AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

We are members of the BBB (A+ rating), Associated Locksmiths of America, Safe and Vault Technicians of America, A large number of property management and property maintenance companies use us. We serve four large convenience store chains, most of the bank in our service area as well as many small businesses. We do subcontract some of the door repairs to a very reputable company in our area.
