They were very thorough, and explained the process in detail and answered our questions. We ultimately had 4 estimates from various vendors in area that we found through Home Advisor. We chose Little Rascals because of Kenny (our rep), the customer service, and how serious this vendor took the job. The team that was assigned to the clean-up was very efficient and effective as they worked through the attic areas. They also arrive promptly, and phoned 30 min ahead of arriving. They worked hard, really did a very complete job. If all the follow-up occurs as promised, I think this company will continue to be very successful in the DFW area.
