Bugabug Pest Control began in June 1999. Mark Foltz, the owner, has worked in this industry for 28 years, both as a top producer for a world-wide company and as a technician. The glimmer of Bugabug flickered when Mark could not continue to support a company that sold service to its customers but did not live up to their service agreement. The Foltz family had a 3 month old son, $3000 in the bank a used truck that had to be fumigated, and faith. Mark wanted to supply a service based on honesty, affordability, and dependability. With an add in the Greensheet, miles of putting out fliers, word of mouth, and out-of-the-ordinary and dependable first rate service, Bugabug has grown into a two-location company that serves over 20 counties.

Very disappointed in customer service, continually trying to upcharge us, unable to speak to a customer service representative, charged us twice in a month more than once, charged us for services not in our contract, unable to communicate with the service department directly/you basically have to call main number and play like you are wanting new services for your home. Man, they got the hint because we saw them crawling out of everywhere for the rest of that day, then nothing.
